With over 20 years in the building trade, I’ve always loved working with property—from hands-on renovations to spotting great investment opportunities. My journey into the property world truly took shape when I joined the Samuel Leeds Academy. Armed with the right knowledge and a drive to make a difference, I launched Anderski Properties to bring together my experience, values, and vision.
Alongside my property work, I’m also a foster carer, It’s this background that fuels my interest in social housing and drives my commitment to building a personal portfolio that helps support those who need it most.
I also run a growing serviced accommodation business, with several high-performing apartments already up and running—and big plans to expand further in the months and years ahead.

Hi, I’m Joshua. Property has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I was surrounded by conversations about property investment—my parents often spoke about how it could create stability and opportunity. That early influence sparked a real interest, and over time, it’s grown into something I’m truly passionate about.
I’m currently an apprentice engineer, specialising in sustainable energy. I enjoy the technical side of things and take pride in working towards a greener future—but I’ve always known I wanted to explore property alongside my career. After completing my training with Samuel Leeds, I’ve been focused on deal analysis—finding the right properties and pairing them with the most effective strategies to maximise cashflow and long-term value.
What I enjoy most is solving problems and spotting opportunities that others might miss. Whether it’s crunching the numbers or thinking creatively about how to add value, I love the challenge.
Outside of work and property, I’m a huge football fan and have played in local leagues since I was a kid. I also enjoy golf and hitting the gym—anything that keeps me active and balanced.
